Mistletoe and Christmas go hand and hand.  So for a Christmas inspired wedding, I think this a start for your theme.  Tying all together with red and green will bring in the Christmas element and the misltetoe provides the romance.  Hope you enjoy!!

Christmas Weddings Inspiration - The Mistletoe!!

What better inspiration for a Christmas wedding than the mistletoe?! This tradition brings out the romantic side of Christmas. Kissing under mistletoe is a sweet gesture for the holiday season. And of course, the traditional Christmas colors of red and green are the perfect color palette to execute a romantic Christmas wedding.

Design Tips:
Add the mistletoe image to your stationary to keep a your theme cohesive.
Hang mistletoe wreaths on the entrance to you ceremony and reception doors.
Add mistletoe branches and berries to you floral designs.

Fun ways to use the mistletoe:
Add a mistletoe to a photo booth and capture pictures of your guests as they partake in the tradition.
Instead of the bouquet toss, hang a mistletoe over the couple that has been married the longest and get them to kiss!
Be sure to capture a picture of you and your groom kissing under the mistletoe.

Christmas Weddings

Christmas is my favorite holiday so a Christmas wedding is an absolutely fantasy of mine. There are so many ways to have a Christmas wedding without the traditional colors and designs. Christmas goes beyond green and red colors. Think of all the other wonderful ways you celebrate the holidays. My first Christmas inspiration board is inpired by one my family Christmas Eve tradtions. My grandmother would make homemade hot cocoa and bread. We would sit around the livingroom, watching Christmas movies while we enjoyed her homemade treats. I hope you enjoy the first Christmas inspired inspiration board. Stay tune for more!!
